Founded in 2008 in Shenzhen, China, CNCACRYLICSERVICE began as a small precision machining workshop with a vision to become the leading PMMA acrylic parts manufacturer in China. What started with just 3 CNC machines and 5 dedicated employees has grown into a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility serving over 2,000 clients worldwide.

CNC Machining
Advanced 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers capable of producing complex geometries with tolerances down to ±0.01mm. Our machines handle parts up to 1200×800×600mm.
Injection Molding
State-of-the-art injection molding equipment with clamping forces from 50 to 1000 tons, capable of producing parts from 1g to 5kg with exceptional surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
Laser Cutting
Precision laser cutting systems for intricate designs and smooth edges. Our CO2 and fiber lasers handle sheets up to 3000×1500mm with cutting thickness up to 30mm.
